Format & Pricing
There are 3 types of sessions:
2 hours – Overview of the 7 Steps to Being Happy from the Inside Out
4 hours – A deeper exploration of the 7 steps with time to introduce and practice several of the 21 Happiness Habits. This can be done as a half-day Retreat/Inservice or as multiple shorter sessions as a series.
8 hours – A deeper exploration of the 7 steps with time to introduce and practice many more of the 21 Happiness Habits. This can be done as a full day Retreat/Inservice or broken up into multiple shorter sessions as a series.
Being able to change, develop new habits, shift mindsets, and to heal and age gracefully, can be an amazing journey or a frustrating one. To some, change comes naturally, to most of us, it takes support, guidance, and sometimes an accountability partner.
